Privacy Policy

Pace is a private productivity application designed to help organize tasks, schedules, workload, and actionable items from connected services. This policy explains how information is accessed and used.

Google account data

Pace accesses Google account information only after a user explicitly connects an account and grants permission through Google's OAuth consent process.

When Gmail is connected, Pace uses read-only Gmail access to review message information and identify emails that may contain a concrete action, request, decision, deadline, or follow-up for the user.

Pace does not use Gmail access to send, delete, archive, move, label, or otherwise modify email messages.

How Google user data is used

Gmail data may be processed to determine whether a message represents an actionable obligation and to generate a concise task or follow-up suggestion. Relevant portions of email content may be processed using Cloudflare infrastructure and AI services solely for this purpose.

Pace may store derived information such as task suggestions, email review decisions, connection status, and scan checkpoints so the application can function reliably without repeatedly surfacing the same items.

Authentication and security

OAuth credentials and tokens used by Pace are protected and are not displayed publicly. The private Pace dashboard is additionally protected through access controls.

Sharing and selling data

Pace does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers. Data is processed only as necessary to provide and operate Pace and the infrastructure supporting it.

Revoking access

A user may revoke Pace's access to their Google account through their Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents Pace from obtaining new Google account data from that connection.
